Pulled Pork Sandwich and Fideo Soup were soooo bomb! Picture does it a little justice but you have to try this spot. Well worth the four mile drive I took from work lol Boss a little angry with me but in my best Gabriel Iglesias "Fluffy" Voice... "I DONT GIVE A DAAAAAAAYYYYM"
Great service, didn't catch her name but told em I found em on yelp, gave me a good recommendation on both the soup and sandwich. Underrated in my opinion!!! -

Finally tried Papa's Best, and I'm a fan. I'd been hearing it's praises and it's in my neck of the woods. What a nice change of pace from Subway and Capriotti's.
First of all, it's family owned. I love that. Very friendly and helpful service. Veggie toppings are fresh. Please note they close early, so check first. Near the Walgreens on Lone Hill/Arrow.
I had the roast beef. It comes on a toasted bun with all the veggies: lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, red onion. If you don't like raw onion, let them know. I didn't and got the onion, which I normally don't. But have to tell you: it was perfect in this sammich. Generous meat, very fresh veg. No condiments, but you can ask for those on the side. Next time I would get mustard and maybe some jalapenos for some kick. As it was, it was juicy and good.
My companions got the pulled pork. One bite and I understood why they always order the pulled pork. The meat is so juicy and flavorful, and the fresh veggies complement it perfectly. Highly recommend.
The size of the sandwich is on the small side, but it's perfect for lunch. You know how at Subway the 6" is way too small, and the 12" is too big but you eat the whole thing anyway and you then spend the remainder of the day feeling like a stuffed hog? Won't happen here.
I look forward to returning and trying their other offerings.

Clearly, it was one of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had, but it is way too small. The roll was small and ordinary.
The rave reviews got me to try it and drive past numerous sandwich shops, but I won't be back. Too bad, I had high expectations and very disappointed.

Looking for something new to try on Yelp and I found this gem. Sandwiches are really good, I was able to taste the cuban that someone else ordered and it was very tasty. I had the pulled pork and it was delicious. The fresh slaw with cilantro and house sauce was perfection. Sandwiches are small but are satisfying. They definitely leave you wanting another one cause they are so good! So do yourself a favor and order one to go. Location is clean, friendly staff, and family owned. Also used the yelp cash on this purchase too .

The Italian sandwich and the rice, cilantro, tomato soup! The best. My favorite lunch spot. The staff is so great. The food is amazing. I wish I lived closer but at least I work nearby.
